All refund requests are processed on a case-by-case basis by our Support Team specialists.
In order to receive a refund for an in-app purchase, the following primary conditions have to be met:
- Your payment method must allow refunds
- All purchased goods must be unspent / unused on your account.
If you process your refund via the platform (the respective app store) used to make the said purchase and continue to use the purchased goods, your account will be blocked without prior notice. We strongly recommend to process your refunds through our Support Team, provided that your purchased goods haven’t been activated or used.
